The doubles competition was great. We had 16 pairs competing across 2 groups of 8. The bottom players in each group were paired randomly, adding an element of surprise and excitement to the matches.
Congratulations to Nilan/Xavier and Jane/Arnaud for reaching the final. Unfortunately, due to time, we couldn’t play the final match. With the clock approaching 11 pm and everyone feeling the fatigue from a long day of intense matches, it was decided to postpone the final to a later date when all players are available and refreshed.
Organizing the final to be played at a time when everyone is fresh will ensure a high-quality match that will be enjoyable for players and spectators alike. We look forward to watching these skilled pairs compete for the championship title.
