PingPongParkinson – Forestville 2026

PingPongParkinson is a fun and inclusive table tennis event designed for people with a Parkinson’s diagnosis.
The goal is simple:
✔ Stay active
✔ Connect with others
✔ Enjoy friendly competition in a relaxed and supportive environment
This event is proudly organised by Forestville Table Tennis Club in collaboration with PingPongParkinson.
All skill levels are welcome, whether you are a beginner or an experienced player.
📍 Event Details
Venue: Forestville Memorial Hall
3 Starkey Street, Forestville
Date: 04 April 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Entry Fee: $10 per player
Friends and family are welcome to attend and participate in social games.
Players must check in at least 20 minutes before their event begins.
🏓 Competition Format
• The event will begin with a round robin format (no knockout initially).
• This will be followed by knockout rounds, played as best-of-five sets.
• Consolation rounds will also be available so that everyone continues to play.
To help manage fatigue, players may agree to play best-of-three sets instead of best-of-five, if both opponents prefer.
Further details about the competition structure and classification system will be shared with registered players by email.

All players must demonstrate respect and good sportsmanship toward opponents, referees, and organisers.
Abusive language, unsportsmanlike behaviour, or intentional damage to equipment may result in penalties, including disqualification.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
If smoking outside, please maintain a reasonable distance from the entrance.
Prohibited Items
No glass items are permitted on the premises.
All incidents, including any liquid spillage on the floor, must be reported immediately to FTT Venue Management.
Photography and Media Release
By participating in this event, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
Forestville Table Tennis reserves the right to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
