    • Registration is open to all players of eligible Ratings Central scores.
    • Deadline: 14/02/2025
    • Participation Limitations:
      • Maximum of 2 Events: Each player can participate in a maximum of two events during the tournament.
    • Eligibility Based on Ratings Central (RC):
      • You cannot enter events below your RC. For example, if your RC is 850, you cannot enter D4. However, you can join any other events (maximum of 2).
    • Entries are capped at 20 per division to ensure smooth competition.
    • Prizes: High-quality trophies will be awarded to winners.

  • Eligibility:
    • Events are for players within specific Ratings Central points for each division as of the given date. Players without ratings should enter based on their skill level. FTT may allow exceptions.
  • Entry Confirmation:
    • Ensure your entry is confirmed and listed. Entry fees are non-refundable once the draw is made.
  • Check-in:
    • Players must check in at least 20 minutes before their event starts.
  • Event Management:
    • FTT has the right to cancel or change events. Players may be moved to another event if there are not enough entries or if ratings change.
  • Match Conduct:
    • Players must be ready when called to play.
    • All matches are best of five sets.
    • ITTF rules and regulations will be followed where applicable.
    • Players must umpire one match during group rounds and, if eliminated, one match in the knockout rounds.
    • Group matches are round-robin with four players, and the top two advance to the knockout rounds.
  • Results and Fair Play:
    • Winners must report the results and return the match ball.
    • Players should act fairly and accept all referee and umpire decisions.
  • Reporting:
    • Event results will be submitted to Ratings Central.
  • Photography and Media:
    • By entering, you agree that FTT may use any photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
  • Disqualification:
    • FTT can disqualify players who break the rules of the event or venue.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your tournament registration, please follow these guidelines:

    • Refund Policy: Cancellations on the day of the tournament will not be refunded. To ensure a refund, please notify us as early as possible. This allows time to regenerate the draw and accommodate other participants.
