I am excited to announce a lunch fundraising event. Felix will be showcasing his culinary talents again 🙂 We’d love to have you join us for this special lunch.
Here are a few important details:
Lunch: If you plan to attend the event, we kindly request a $20 donation per attendee. That money will be used to cover the costs of the ingredients required to prepare the delicious paella, with any remaining money going towards supporting the club.
Donation: As we are moving to a new location, we are seeking donations to get new tables, barriers, and additional equipment. We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and we want to emphasize that we will maintain the confidentiality of your donation amount. Your contribution, whether it’s $1, $10, or any amount you can provide, is deeply appreciated. Please do not feel obligated to donate if it’s not possible for you at this time. Your presence at the event is what matters most to us.
Fun-Filled Lunch: We have planned an enjoyable lunch with a raffle. You can purchase one or more raffle numbers for just $5 each (on the day). Prizes include items like balls, Forestville shirts, a coaching session with Michelle and Trent, cleaning products for your rubbers, and more.
Event Details: Mark in your calendar for the 3rd of December at Middle Creek Reserve, starting at 11:30 AM. Please bring along some chips, drinks, and chairs to make the day even more enjoyable. Let’s celebrate the end of the year with good company, great food, and lots of fun.
